Traffic Columbia Presbyterian to Woodbridge nj (vs, vacation, reverse commute)

Just wondering if anyone knows the traffic situation GWB to Woodbridge in the morning around 730am. I will making reverse commute since I am a nurse and work nights. I could take turnpike or parkway but google maps states turnpike as being faster. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Hmmm its only 36 miles so that's not too bad. I think other than rush hour concerns you will have the usual I-95 up and down the Eastern seaboard traffic, trucks, vacationers, etc. But that at least is not a long ride. Politically I despise the Turnpike tolls but they have you there vs most of the alternate routes.
