Hello,
I have friends looking to move to Manalapan, NJ. Does anyone have information about the area? Or is there a another town near by nice to move a young family? Thank you in advance.

We were in Manalapan for a couple of years - liked it very much - used to rent in Knob Hill - a nice complex - with pool, golf course, club house etc... -
proximity to Freehold Mall, freehold downtown (some decent eateries) etc...
We moved to Marlboro as work required a little more central and proximity to Manhattan -
Let me know if there are any specifics that you are looking for.

I have friends that raised their kids in Manalapan & still live there. They are very happy.

Manalapan / Marlboro / Freehold are all nice. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and good schools.
