Alright guys, this one is alittle tricky so I need some help

Today I went to my unemployment office to claim my Bi-weekly balance, which has worked for the last month. My old employer is protesting it claiming "separation - tardiness".

Here's the kicker...
From March until day of getting laid off, I have text messages and proof of complaining my work email not working. And not being able to get my schedule changes, also they refused to send schedules to my personal email. Schedules are constantly revised and when I have coworkers show me the schedule, because of changes, somedays I'm 4-6 hours early, some days 30 mins to a hour late, on time and some days I thought I had off I really didn't.

And some special days, thanks to our dell laptops not working which we ordered new ones that didn't work, and others because we moved our kiosks so Internet was down. I didnt clock in at all (all proof disclosed in text messages)
All of my write ups I have stated my email isn't working and everytime I argued it I was threatened to get fired

I got brought outside one day, my bosses arm wrapped around my shoulder, he handed me my paper to sign to terminate. I did asked for the second part he said that's for me and HR. so I brought my laptop in and did the unemployment thing right there, asked if I should put down "laid off" which I was told yes.

My interview is the 19th, I have text messages from April 28th to August 30th as written proof of my claims of why I was late or didnt clock in on time as well as employees being around.

With all this truth, and nerves aside, do I have a valid case to get back my unemployment? Many thanks for help!!!
