I like the stuff @ Pier1 Imports . But to me the stuff is surely overpriced though it looks very good . Any suggestions for reasonably priced shops / areas to look for .

interested in home decorative stuff .

Try a consignment or thrift shop. They have tons of second-hand knick-knacks.

Pier 1 can be pricey. I think Target has a lot of cool trendy looking decorative items. Prices are not bad either.

Agree - Target has very varied reasonably priced home décor stuff- and they do constantly bring in new lines so check back frequently. In addition, TJ Maxx, Marshalls and homegoods are worth checking into.

I think Homegoods is actually the same company with a cheaper brand.

The same company as...what?
If you meant to say that it is the same company as Pier 1, you are incorrect.

The company that owns Homegoods also owns TJ Maxx and Marshalls, but has no connection with Pier 1.
