Hi folks:

My boyfriend and I went to see xchange yesterday and we liked what we see there. The apartment is spacious, convenient travel to both midtown where I work and bridge water where he works. However, I've seen some negative reviews regarding the property saying that the noise issue is severe, and the management is inadequate.

Anyways, for those of you who's stayed there before, or currently a tenant there, what do you think of the apartment? can you hear the train/truck at night (the apt available to us is facing the street with a big logistic company)? How's the management? And any other discussion/advices are greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much in advance!

Never lived near it, but I pass by it every morning on the train. I wondered as they built them who would want to live on top of train tracks in the middle of nowhere.

Calling it convenient to Bridgewater is kind of a stretch.
