Are there any towns outside of Abbott Districts that offer Free Pre-K through 12th grade as opposed to K-12th In Bergen, Passaic, Morris or Essex Counties? Basically Safe towns with low crime and a nice neighborhood to raise children?

Springfield in Union county has a public half-day prek. Technically it is not free, but the cost of $500 for the entire school year is a bargain.

West Orange has a pre-k program, but it's not free. i think free full day pre-k is hard to come by.

I guess it would be good if you are only planning on renting there the years that you have someone in pre-k, but why would you want to pay the extra taxes every year if you plan to stay a long time?
