I'm currently researching areas in South Jersey, particularly Gloucester and Camden counties (mainly Gloucester). I am looking for communities that are diverse, have good elementary schools (a 5 or more on the greatschools website if that helps), low crime and has relatively low taxes (less than $6,500 or close to). Any help would be appreciated!
highly doubt $6,500 in property taxes is going to be doable
All depends on the assessed value of the house, with a small enough house $6,500 shouldn't be an issue.
