That said, back to the original topic, parts of South Jersey are beautiful and safe. But like others have indicated, I'd put Vineland and Millville towards the bottom of that list with dead last reserved for Camden.

Greenwich, Cumberland County, burnt their tea rather than dump it into the bay. Cumberland County, NJ - Greenwich Tea Burning: 1774 It's a nice little town. There are a couple of marinas nearby, a couple of decent restaurants.
