Hi - have been juggling my train schedule, when commuting to CT for weekends.
What ( if any ) is the benefit of doing PATH -> Green Line to Harlem 125 -> Metro North vs. Grand Central? Cost is the same but not sure how to get to MNR platform from Harlem Subway station.
Thanks
Per Google maps, Metro North 125th Street station is half a block from 4/5/6/green line subway station. Should be a couple of minutes walk.
Why do you want to ride the subway all the way to 125th street? How about walking from 33rd street Path station to Grand Central, if you are able to walk. It should be a easy 15 minute walk.

Or PATH to WTC and 4/5 from Fulton to Grand Central. I think that would be fastest.
