The East Hill neighborhood in nearby Englewood has properties like that, but houses in that area sell for millions of dollars.

I would call a local broker who specializes in Fort Lee. Nelson Chen is excellent and has an excellent reputation. He owns an agency located right in Fort Lee. The "old cliff" section of Fort Lee may -- may have a few homes that have that size land, but you will pay premium/top dollar. There might be a few others in that area. I can't think of any other areas of Fort Lee that would have larger size lots/land.

Good luck.

The area is pretty built up. You can do this and people do, but it will most likely mean buying a still perfectly good ~50 year old home and knocking it down (and you will be bidding against developers looking to do the same thing you are, just not for themselves). As rural_urban said earlier if money is no object eastern Englewood is probably your best bet. Large properties, gorgeous homes and environment, and a handful of potential tear-downs still up (although less and less every year, and transplanted elsewhere those "tear-downs" would likely be the nicest place on the block). If money is an object then frankly this isn't a realistic course of action.
