I still think one of two place's,Boston area or Atlanta area.
My niece posted something on FB this morning about people who are pedantic about spelling, punctuation, and grammar and had the nerve to tag my name to it.

On plus side going to Newark would give Amazon access to talent from across the river but not have to pay NYC/NYS taxes. This and or deal with various laws, rules, regulations and other interference the very liberal/progressive local and state NY government imposes upon businesses. New Jersey isn't far behind, but still...
On the downside, we're talking about Newark, NJ here folks. Yes, the place is on an upswing, but they've been saying that for decade or more and there isn't *that much* movement. You've got a few bright spots, but the rest of the place is still a h*llhole. Cory Booker should know, even he legged it out of there fast as he could.
Also do not think Jeff Bezos/Amazon know just how they roll down in Newark. Corruption doesn't even begin to cover things; which means they'd better plan a very large *taste budget* because that is just how things go. The place pushed Mr. Zuckerberg for a large "donation" which seems to have done very little towards stated purpose.
