Hi, we (family of 3, 2 adults + 1 baby) are trying to purchase a property in Knoll Ter., west caldwell. I've seen some posts discussed flood in west caldwell area. I know the flood is only limited to certain areas. Can someone familiar to the area tell us, does knoll ter. have flood problem?

My cousin lives there and she has never mentioned flooding issues.

Default knoll terrace floodin
I live on Knoll terrace, I have not had flooding issues. It may depend on what side of street you are on but usually no problem.
