hopewell NJ CSX freight trains frequency? (buying a house, buying, train)

considering buying a house that is near the train tracks in hopewell.

does anyone know how often those freight trains run through the area?

CSX operates "as many as" 20 trains per day on that line.

thanks do you know if they run overnight? like 12am-5am?

Don't know for sure, but I'd assume they run more at night than during the day since SEPTA runs passenger trains farther down the line during the day and there are so many grade crossings that would disrupt traffic during the day.
