My landlord wants to evict me from my rental house because of complaining nosey neighbors. I always pay my rent and keep the property neat. This just doesn't seem fair.
It really a shame I'm a good person. My dogs are all rescue animals, I keep my home nice and neat and have never been late for a meeting with my parole officer.
I'm not so sure what you're looking for here. Are you evicted? You said your landlord wants to but didn't indicate whether it's a done deal. Are you wondering whether you have legal recourse? Call 211 and ask whether there's some sort of tenants' advocacy group, and run the situation by them.
At the same time, though, I'd be starting to cast your net for a new place to live. They're not always so easy to find with pets.
Good luck!
