There is a town called Rochelle Park in NJ, but New Rochelle is in Westchester County, NY.

Rochelle Park is nice enough, your basic suburban NJ town. Little Ferry I always had the impression was on the rattier side, but I have not been there in many years. Places change.

Little ferry has terrible flooding issues and studies predict it will get worse.

Rochelle Park is tiny and is basically an extension of Hackensack or Paramus. Students in RP attend Hackensack high school which some people don't like. The same is true of Maywood.
