I need you help, we are moving back to Jersey this summer and are want to move to Monmouth County. I've read all different opinions on Hazlet, Middletown, New Monmouth and Colts Neck. Which is the best place to raise a family and any ideas on the Catholic Schools in the area?
Thanks!

Colts Neck is in a far different category than the others imo. Would be the best place to raise a family for sure, but it will also be (much) more expensive.

Isn't Hazlet right next to Keansburg? Yuck.

Default Middletown

is right next to Keansburg too. Would you consider that a bad town? Keansburg is a dump I agree, but to say Hazlet is too is not a bright comment.

the parts of hazlet, holmdel and middletown that are near the 'burg are not the best parts of their towns, but all those towns are large and have many nicer sections.

Thanks, I just figured out what near the 'burg meant. So your suggestion would be the southern end of these towns? (Hazlet, Middletown, etc..)?
I really do need as much input as possible. I have no clue on the areas,

If you're considering Middletown and interested in a family-friendly community of relatively new townhouses please send me a direct message. Ours is on the market, has 4 bedrooms and is in a very convenient area with great schools.
