hi, anyone know any place to buy nice oil paintings in NJ that dont cost an arm and a leg? I am not looking for a Portrait of Jenny ( an old very good movie), just nice artwork however oil paintings. Thanks

YOu should look out for the Jersey City Art Studio Tour and the Hoboken Studio Art tour. ..both are coming up in OCtober. There are TONS of artists selling their original stuff

There is an art studio in Rahway on Cherry Street. You could stop in and talk to the artists. Look at some of the art work, Some of their work is outstanding.

Don't laugh at me either. My local Costco (Bridgewater is having their art sale this week. Some really beautiful work, no arm or leg required to purchase.
