Crestwood Village in Whiting (living in, restaurant, prices)

Looking for any and all input on living in Crestwood Village. Anyone here currently living there (or used to live there) (or knows somebody who lives there)? Looking for an honest perspective of the place...

my inlaws live there, and they like it. It is a cute little community with a clubhouse. Prices are really low for a 1-2 bedroom house. they are building a lot of 55+ housing in Whiting/Manchester, but to go shopping, a good restaurant, etc, you have to drive east towards toms river area.
