Colts Neck (and Marlboro, too) hasn't been hammered market-wise like a lot of towns. I'd expect the houses I posted to sell for pretty close to what they're asking. The one I posted for $529k is in a really desirable little development because the residents get the CN address for super cheap, comparatively speaking.
