It's ok. I don't know about the elementary schools, I'm sure they are fine. The high school kids go to Butler High School, which is a small high school. Butler has a significant Latino population, not sure about Bloomingdale.
Anyway, I would read up on Butler High School, that should be your deciding factor IMO. I've known people to use the high school and they like it, I've known people who send to Catholic high school and I've known people who moved to Kinnelon when the kids reached high school age.
