We're trying to figure out what are the most important things for you in finding a new apartment. We want our new apartment in E. Orange/Orange New Jersey to be affordable but have what you want in your units.
So - Let us know your thoughts on these things in your comments. And if there's anything that would make you choose another unit if it wasn't there, let us know that too. THANK YOU!
On site parking? Critical? Yes or no? (Building is 3 blocks from metro to NYC)
Pets allowed? Yes or no?
Washer/Dryer or Laundry room? Which do you have now? Which is critical?
Free wifi - Do you have that now?
What size apartment do you live in now?
Microwave? Do you have one now?
Fitness center on site? Do you have one now?
Amazon/Package secure drop off location?
Anything else that you have or would like?
Thanks for the info, it will help us make an apartment that has what YOU want!
I want 1200 square feet, but no more than 4 feet wide in any part of the apartment.
Colorful patterned shag carpet floors
Formica counters and wood paneling on the walls
Separate “his and hers” intercoms
A play room for residents’ pet skunks
Unicycle storage
Windows with yellow tint
Picnic/grilling area in the basement.
For me to consider, it'd have to be close to the train WITH parking AND shuttle to station. No poor people allowed in building.
