hey everyone im living in pa now but im from queens ny im looking to move to Nj i want to live in a nice area but also close to ny i have 2 kids and one on the way .... and i also dont want to pay an arm and a leg for rent if you know what i mean ! some classified adds seem good but i dont know the area can any one let me know the good areas of jersey ... ? like is bayonne a nice area?

bayonne is nice..The closer you get to NY you are going to pay an arm & a leg to live in a decent area..Most landlords also charge the maximum allowed in NJ for a security deposit which is one and one half the monthly rent...lots of $$$ to cough up at once

month and a half isn't the most.. or atleast i once had a landlord try to have me pay 2months security plus the first months,, for a 1bedroom in burlington city. It was a more privately own building set of units.
