Legally they can’t market it as exclusive to one type of community. But as far as I know.. this community would have your desired mix of people.. probably majority too.. as evident from google reviews. Raajipo – Welcome to Raajipo it’s in Robbinsville.. 55+ active adult community.. have seen lot of ads on 130
