The clock is ticking. This should be interesting to see what he does. Also, even IF he declares another State If Emergency, legislature could over rule it if they feel no real emergency exists anymore due to all the extra tools we now have to deal with COVID.

NJ Legislation is to vote on this soon. If they vote out mask mandates, it will fall on individual school districts to make their own rules.

the NJDOH just issued guidance that vaccinated and unvaccinated students should test weekly in order to go to school. how long before guidance becomes mandatory?

King Murphy just declared a state of emergency to fight the Omicron tsunami.

He wants to fight a tsunami? He might want to read up on King Canute, who had some words about the futility of attempting to battle watery forces of nature.

Murphy is the definition of Communism....Governing solely by one person rather than a legislation or democracy. He literally did what he wanted to do anyway despite State Lawmakers voting it down! This is very dangerous when one person has unlimited power like this. I wonder if the Legislation can repeal this or impeach him for abuse of power?

he is doing what his constituents want. NJ overwhelmingly approves of him. they want a democrat dictator.
