Hello, I have recently moved from North NJ to Paramus area for my work. I am currently commuting everyday from Queens, NY. I am planning to buy a Townhouse/Condo/Single Family House near my work. However I would prefer something new and it has to be close to train station since my Dad will have to travel to queens everyday for work.
I have car so I can travel anywhere close to Paramus area within 30 min drive. My price range is $200-$350K. I would prefer safe, close to transit, newly constructed properties. Please advice what options do I have ?
