The golf course should be built over Atlantic City residential housing.

They already have Seaview right outside AC in Absecon, which gets LPGA tours, anyway.

Vineland is 65 square miles, much of it unbuilt land. Trout is doing this in that area because he is from Millville and wants to provide a boost to Cumberland County which is very depressed. I think it's going to be huge for that area. Many small businesses will open around it. It will bring people from all over the world to the area. This is more than a golf course, it's a resort (probably similar to Marriot Seaview but on a grander scale and with a much better golf course). There is going to be a hotel, a wedding venue, all kinds of things that will employ a lot of people. A PGA tour could bring hundreds of thousands or more people, opening up a lot of money-making business opportunities.

Not only rich people play golf. My honey is a blue collar guy who plays frequently with other blue collar guys. One of my PT friends/former co-worker, a single mom, has a son who just got a college scholarship for golf.
LOLOLOLOL

I did not mean to build a golf course on the beach, although that would look sweet, but probably in another beach.

How many more businesses do you think will open up now that there is another golf course somewhere in NJ? Whew, one hotel, and wedding venue.

It will used for one leg of the PGA tour that is it. Then nothing.
