What can you do about it? Move to North Korea, that way you would never see your new nation's flag being "direspected".
Sorry, but we have a little thing called "freedom of speech" in this country. If someone wants to hang a flag upside down, burn it, put a picture of Stalin over it, put a "for sale" message across it, use it for a doormat, or replace the stars with a Swatsika, it's their business. I don't condone it, but this is America.
I wave wave my flag because it represents a nation where the constitution give me the right to burn it.
Ohh, and see this flag here?
It's the flag of the Lakota people....I would seriously like to hear someone tell a NATIVE AMERICAN that they should fly the US flag above the flag of their people, who's land the imperialist bastards stold from them.
Ever watch Deadliest Catch? One fishing boat got caught in a bad 24 hour storm on the Bering Sea and their American Flag didn't make it through very well...torn to shreds.
I'm sure it will be given it's proper down-pole forever and they'll get another flag to replace it. But they made a point in "pointing" it out.
Gotta love those crazy guys.
To the OP...what town would you be referring to? Or did I miss it?

Marching in a parade with a flag-a parade that specifially celebrates that day is one thing.
Flying it higher than our American flag or only the non-American flag at a home or business or those ridiculous illegals waving non-American flags and demanding rights whille they burn or stomp on the American flag is clearly totally different.
