At the end of this month, I'll be moving to a building by the GWB in Fort Lee and I need to commute to/from NYC for work. I work by Columbus Circle and my husband works by Grand Central. I hear about these "Gypsy" buses, but I can not find any information about them online. Do I have the name right? Can anyone tell me where this bus (whatever the name is!) picks people up? how often it runs? what time it starts running and ends running? how long the bus ride is? where the bus drops you off relative to the "A" train (i.e. where I'd catch it to go back to Fort Lee)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Most of the 20 seat buses that you're referring to begin in Paterson NJ and go into NYC (not sure how far in though.) and they pretty much run every 5-10 minutes and the ride depending on the time of day is usually under 5 minutes. Around 1.50 to 2 dollars to get across the bridge. There are also the NJ transit bus lines (171, 175) that discharge passengers at the GWB bus terminal. There is a subway station that is connected to the bus terminal (175th st station) with midtown bound trains. You want to get off at this station on the uptown A line if coming from midtown.
