What's the best method of transportation to travel to Yankee Stadium from Iselin/Woodbridge on a Saturday afternoon?

Is it taking the NJ Transit Train to New York Penn Station, then NYC Subway A-Train to D-Train to Yankee Stadium?

Is there a place in North Jersey where I can park for cheap and take a bus or something directly to the Stadium?

Thanks.

Just drive there, Saturday should be ok. Yanks are out of it sad to say. I drove all the time from Jersey city. I parked on the side streets next to stadium for free all the time. I only took the subway when I was already in nyc.

Research the Yankee Clipper from NY Waterway. You park in No. Jersey and then take a boat that serves beer right to the stadium. More fun than taking the bus, IMHO.

There's a charter bus that goes from Matawan and Hoboken on Saturday's. You have to go to "all aboard to the games.com" for the schedule. I took it and it was great.
