Even though we have our hearts sent on Waretown, friends want to see River Point. So there's a good chance I'll be heading there over the weekend.

Hello

We live in River Pointe since last September. The quality of the homes are 5 star. Believe me when I tell you we did our homework prior to our purchase here. Incredible value, tucked away, yet close to every thing.
We just love it here!! Good luck

River Pointe is the worst adult community in Ocean County. Many have either moved out already or are desperately trying to sell their houses. Traffic and air noise is unbearable and once they sell to you, they have management people who are very difficult to deal with.
