Personaly I would give that 10 million to ML employees who will be losing their jobs because of people like him.

Yes better served in decent severance packages because when all is said and done many many Merrill employees will be losing their jobs

There must be something in ML's water supply. The former head who presided over ML's meltdown, Stan O'Neal, got $150 million to walk after doing such a good job.
