I know a women who lives in lodi, NJ. She rent a big house and has her mother and brother living there. Now add that she has 5 kids. Now the brother has a girlfriend with a kid too added into that house. Ohh and they rent to a border a young girl. SO count total in that house is 11 people. Now here is the kicker .................... NOT ONE PERSON in that house works or has ever worked!!!!!!! So how do they manage............ummmmmm.

Forget about how they "manage" at this point. Sounds like illegal occupany level to me. Is the landlord aware of this condition? If so, then it is greed - if not, then he/she is not overseeing the property properly.
A call to the local authorities seems in order before something tragic happens.
authorities what authorities? Its amazing that so many can live and survive off the taxpayer. I mean they are all eating, using so many tv's , and cell phones and no one like I said works. They are not illegal immigrants either, they are americans Also if authorites come, they just say brothers girlfriend and baby are just visiting. I mean they cant prove how many live there.

actually they dont have nice cars, there is only one car, a crappy honda. So that is not the case. they really dont go any where anyway, just to eat and to the game stop store, most of the time they are all paying video games or cooking. However the woman I know does get perks. For example she was going to dental assistant school but dropped out, someone had to pay for the school she went about 8 months and then quit. Her older daughter is in some program for job and school training too. They all eat, and they all run electric non stop so not saying they have alot but none work and seem happy!! Noone is worrying about the economy is that house!
