Anyone know a good site where I can search for these?
Also any other areas near Princeton that also have good schools?
Another good area that is semi-close to Princeton (about a 5-10 minute drive depending on where you start) is Lawrenceville. While there aren't a ton of condo's to rent, the township is a great place to live and send kids to school. I work in Lawrenceville and it's a very calm place to be raising children, assuming that is what you are doing.
In the current housing market, I am seeing prime real estate near the nestled Lawrence High school district going for lower than normal rates, and I am personally considering moving there myself.

The schools are OK to above average in Lawrenceville, but not comparable to WW-P or Princeton...........

If you include The Lawrenceville School on 206, I think you could include that in a grouping of Princetonian schools, in terms of academic caliber and sheer price in comparison to Hun and Chapin.
But yes, in a place where the incomes of some homeowners are almost astronomical at times, one would expect the level of education to be proportionate.

But I can't include the Lawrenceville School, because the assumption was that we were discussing public schools only. I did not include PDS, Hun, Chapin or L'ville in my thoughts on the subject.
