I messed up my back pretty bad yesterday playing tackle football with no pads and no helmet. I felt a little pain yesterday afterwards and then I felt my spine and one of the last few vertebrae sticks out more than the others. It's really painful. However, I have had no trouble walking and there is no pain when I walk. Only when I sit down and then change positions does it hurt. I am not sure of the seriousness of this injury. Any input on this? Any good chiropractors or doctors in the Morris and Somerset areas?
