How hard are the car inspections in NJ? (besides emissions part)

You do realize that many states do not have any type of car inspection, right? Only 26 of the 50 states require some kind of inspection so this is not unheard of by any means.

I passed an inspection with a wheezy engine and TWO shattered mirrors. It should be a piece of cake.
