Hi,

I noticed that the Freehold police have been parking their cars on many a street corners, constantly browsing the roads, etc. They seem to be everywhere. At the risk of sounding like I have some sort of cop paranoia, is there a reason for this? I live in the township, perhaps boredom?

Just a bit curious...

Yes, some. I have seen the police everywhere. Even during a quick shoprite or walgreens run I have seen at least 2 police cars.

IMO: It's better to have them and not need them, than to NEED them and NOT have them.
