my fiance is taking a job that covers all of staten island & bay ridge, bensonhurst brooklyn. we need to stay with our current apt complex which is avalon. our town options are:

aberdeen
east rutherford
lyndhurst
freehold

which would be the best commute for my fiance? right now we are thinking aberdeen-- according to mapquest that would be the best option in terms of mileage & commute time. opinions please & length of time it will take from each location. thanks!!!!

Yeah, Aberdeen would be the quickest to SI and Brooklyn of the towns mentioned. By Avalon, you mean a property management company, right? Because the town of Avalon, NJ is not commutable to SI whatsoever.

Yep, out of those choices I'll second that, East Rut & Lyndhurst are North up by the Meadowlands and freehold is a little farther inland and South.
