I dont understand ? How do you figure that ? Give illegals a way to have a drivers license is not a good thing. How is that hard to understand ? How is it hard to understand that it would have no affect at all in the amount of uninsured drivers.

I had to jump through hoops to get my license and they make things easy as pie for illegals. This is one of them things that make this State a joke.
