I'm wondering if anyone has any info on the covenants of Sandia Knolls, Tijeras, NM. I'm considering purchasing a 1/2 acre of land but would like to put two mobile homes on it for family use. Would this be allowable? or where would I go to find out?

Thank you.

There is a 37 page "COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE. FOR THE. VILLAGE OF TIJERAS, NEW MEXICO" Adopted by the Village Council on May 9, 2005 here: www.villageoftijerasnm.com/files/VOT_Comprehensive_Zoning_Ordinance_2008_3_2.pdf

There are some restrictions on structures. Search for the word Mobile.

The County may also have additional restrictions.

I would call someone in the Villiage of Tijeras to get some help. This is their website: Home - Villiage of Tijeras
