I have that map. what I guess I'll do this year is just start walking period. There is no trail from the entrance other than this couple hundred feet loop. There appears to be a Ranger road on the far left of the reserve. Maybe this time I'll just see where that takes me. I wanted to see the lake which they say is to the right from the entrance but believe me on the reserve there is no instructions whats so ever.
