I am always looking for good green and red chilies but the product I can get locally is already either diced and frozen or blended and frozen. I would much prefer whole. I can never seem to find a company that sells online that is legitimate. Any advice on where to order good chilies and also seeds?
Not sure about dried or fresh/frozen chile but you can get great seeds from Native Seed Search. They have some of the common big, thick-skinned Hatch varieties but also a lot of rare local heirloom varieties from northern New Mexico's small towns and pueblos. Northern New Mexico chiles make the best red chile in my opinion:
