Paradise Skies Subdivision.
Does anyone know who to contact for street lights being burnt out? Calls to 311 and PNM have yielded no results.
Thanks in advance!

Frequently Asked Questions

Quote:
Where do I report a street light that is out, cycles on and off or one that stays on during the day?

Contact is PNM Dispatch at (505) 246-5700. If you say "customer care" or press "0", this will bypass the menus of options and direct you to a customer care representative who will log the information. They will need to have a precise location of the light(s) that needs maintenance.

Please have the appropriate information from the following list available to describe the location of the location of the light(s):

Note: Clarify that it is a street light (white) or traffic signal (green, yellow, red).

Address
Side of the street
Intersection of Streets including designation as St., Blvd., Ave., etc.
Distance from intersection

This is for street lighting not traffic signals.

Ask the question on PNM's facebook page. They seem to answer there.

I wish the streetlight that shines into my window would go out.

Ummm... drapes, venetian blinds or some cardboard and duct tape??? I have the same problem from nearby shopping center lights and chose to install venetian blinds.

I've got blinds and one blackout curtain, but I might need a few more curtains. Long term I want to plant a tree that will block the light.

You could always consider moving to Placitas, where street lights are non-existent. Ha.
