Zuni Pueblo (law, land, area)

Can anyone tell me about this area and east up Hwy 53 from there?? Looking at land at mile marker 57...a few miles before the Continental Divide(west).

Bigduly, Just was wondering about water mainly. Someone mentioned that if you wanted to dig a well, you may not be able to or that you'd be paying more? Something about a law suit with the reservation over water? Just curious.
