It suffered terribly from the virus on tribal lands, but the county seems to have a lot to offer in terms of outdoor recreation and real estate inventory. I see that Farmington is a three-hour drive from the ABQ Sunport, just as Alamogordo is.
What do folks know about the winters up there? Guessing they are not quite as cold as Santa Fe, Angelfire, Taos, etc., but I may be wrong.
