Tierra Grande Improvement Association (Belen: crime, house, living in)

What are your thoughts about living in Tierra Grande? What is it like living there, how quiet is it, and how is the crime down there? I own land but not sure if I'm going to build a house down there. I know it's at least 10 miles from Belen and Belen has it's fare share of crime but would like to know if Tierra Grande has any. The people living there, how will do they get along with each other? If I'm correct it's mostly retired people and some families.

Never heard of it. From their website I can't tell if anything has been built there yet. It sure is "way out there".
