Blake's Lotaburger. Fast food places all over New Mexico.
They have regular fast-food stuff, but many New Mexicans LOVE their green chile cheeseburgers. (Last time I was there two weeks ago, the green chile was VERY HOT!)
The service varies from good to poor, often poor.
But I go there for the green chile cheeseburgers, and I find it worth the wait.
They have a breakfast menu too, but I have not tried their breakfast burritoes yet.
Ah.. like IHOP. Their slogan should be "Great Pancakes-Crappy Service"
Gotcha. I'll have to check it out, and warn Greg. He does spicy, but not too spicy- he's gettin' better though.
