Can anyone currently living in or near Rio Rancho NM, tell me about City Centre development, what has been completed, what is currently being built and when do they plan on completing the whole City Centre project? When will the Lionsgate Film Studio be built in this City Centre? Does anyone know where the Sony Film Studio will be built, is it planned for Albuquerque area? Does anyone know if Hollywood Film industry will be moving to New Mexico? Will there be any major Technology companies moving their businesses to Rio Rancho in the near future?

The Lionsgate studio is still in discussion.
Sony is building a film related facility in Albuquerque, at Mesa del Sol, location of Albuquerque Studios. A new studio is being planned for Santa Fe.
I don't know that the film industy is "moving" to New Mexico, but it seems like they could be "expanding" to New Mexico.
Molina (sp?) Healthcare is opening a data center at Mesa del Sol in Albuqerque, though I don't know that that qualifies as a "technology" company. Intel is expanding, HP is locating some offices in Rio Rancho. Foxconn is planning a huge server/electronics factory 240 miles south just across the border in Mexico.
