There's no question that NM is still poised for growth. I'm recalling that Heritage Foundation study about growth prospects for the inter-mountain west, that was on the threads a while back. I think NM will both benefit from that trend, and also help to reinforce it.

Apparently, NM is one of only about 5 or 6 states not in recession, or not close to recession.
