I live in a community that has a problem with the drunks. Most of them are homeless and panhandle everywhere. They sit on the benches passed out drunk on mainstreet or congregate in the parks. It is so sad. Most of them cause problems and end up in our jails, tax payers pay for there stay. There is a homeless shelter but they can't stay there if they are intoxicated. So they end up in Walmart. What I think needs to be done is that there tribes should have some place for them to go to get help instead of us the neighboring community being left to foot the bill. What do you think? I just had a drunk walk into my apartment after jiggling the doorknob, yes it was locked but my fiance opened it to see who was there and trying to come in.

Never open the door to anyone you cannot postively identify
( unless you like to answer the door visibly armed ).
Some door-to-door salesmen will push their way in.
Some who ring/knock are actually looking ( past you ) for some
good stuff to steal. Do you have a nice flatscreen TV visible
from the front door? Uh-oh! You just got 'marked' suckah!
so your problem is with native people being drunk is what your really trying to say. that all your "drunks" are native? if you want to help why dont you look to the tribe and see what kinds of programs they offer for native addictions and see what you can do.
i think this person is from Vaughn as that is where 54-60 and 285 intersect. I didn't know there was a Walmart in Vaughn though.
