I am staying in the Carlsbad area for the summer (mid-may to mid-august). Any ideas about housing? I do not know the area and you appreciate any information on the Carlsbad area.

Thx

There is a housing shortage in Carlsbad. There probably won't be many options if you're looking to rent a house especially short term. Your best bet would probably be to contact the apartment complexes and see if they will lease short term. I guess another option would be to contact some of the hotels to see if they have kitchenettes and weekly rates.
